The Strand Theatre Preservation Society came to life on December 4, 2020, with a singular mission: the meticulous restoration of the iconic Strand Theatre, reinstating its original grandeur. In doing so, it aspires to provide Moundsville and its surrounding areas with a haven for the arts in all their diverse forms.Marking a significant milestone, the Strand Theatre recently celebrated its 100th year. I had the privilege of contributing to this historic event by crafting a captivating design style and creating compelling social media graphics to promote the occasion.To capture the essence of the theatre's opulence, our design approach married linear elements with the resplendent imagery of bold red curtains. This combination pays homage to the grandeur that has defined the Strand Theatre for a century, setting the stage for a truly remarkable celebration.
